10. Assignment

18. Counterparts
This Terms and Conditions of Membership Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which when so executed will be deemed original, and all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
19. Applicable Laws
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the domicile of jukujo-club.com without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the courts hearing the matter.
